These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Rowstr (“the Service”), operated by Rowstr FZ-LLC (“we”, “us”, or “our”), a company registered in the United Arab Emirates. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By creating an account or using Rowstr, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Rowstr is a cloud-based platform designed for model and talent agencies to manage their roster, plan content, organize media assets, and collaborate with their team. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.
The Service offers three subscription tiers — Starter, Pro, and Agency — each with defined limits on the number of models, cloud storage, and monthly API credits. Current pricing is displayed on the billing page within the Service at the time of purchase.
You retain all ownership rights to content you upload to Rowstr (“Your Content”). By uploading content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, compress, and display Your Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service. We do not claim ownership of Your Content and will not use it for purposes unrelated to the Service.

We implement commercially reasonable security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest, secure authentication protocols, and role-based access controls. While we take all reasonable precautions, no system is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining backups of critical data.
The Service, including its design, features, source code, algorithms, user interface, and branding, is the exclusive property of Rowstr FZ-LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including UAE Federal Law No. 38 of 2021 on Copyrights and Neighboring Rights. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service during your active subscription period. This license does not include the right to modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service.
The Service integrates with third-party platforms for authentication and content discovery. Your use of these integrations is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services and make no warranties regarding their performance.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice when possible. We shall not be liable for any downtime, data loss, or service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, internet outages, or third-party service failures.
You may terminate your account at any time through the Service settings. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately and without prior notice if you violate these Terms, engage in activities that harm the Service or other users, or fail to pay applicable fees. Upon termination, we will retain your data for 30 days to allow for data export, after which it will be permanently deleted. Early termination of a paid subscription does not entitle you to a refund of any pre-paid fees.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ROWSTR FZ-LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE LESSER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (USD $100).
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Rowstr FZ-LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service at least 15 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the Service and close your account.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the applicable laws of the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days, it shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) in accordance with its rules. The seat of arbitration shall be Dubai, UAE, and the language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving its original intent.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Rowstr FZ-LLC regarding the use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements, communications, and understandings.
